Totally Weird

So I was on vacation this weekend and when we get home the first thing we do is check the phone messages. So there was 1 for my dad and 1 for me. It said "Hi this is Tiffany i was calling for Brooke. We are planning a 5th grade reunion so just call be back" and she left her number. First of all i hated my 5th grade class and im sure they hated me. I was a weird child who went around holding printouts of FFAC characters saying "arn't they hot!!" ya creepy. So for one of them to have my number and then call me for a get together was weird. So i called Tiffany yesterday and she was at summer school. So she txt me when she got out ( i gave her my cell number ) First she was telling me all the details of what was going on. We were going to a movie at the red rock then we were going back to her house to swim. So i was all okay who is coming so far. It's her, myself, Kailee (back stabber), Anthony (HAWT!), Daniel (HAWWT), Zach (he went around screaming HOLY WATER!!), Nicole (prep gone emo), gracelynn (strange child), and John who asked me out in 4th grade. This will be an interesting Friday. BUT i did get a new outfit at Platoes. (Pronounced playtoes) its a thrift store but it only carries name brand stuff. So when you bring clothes in they go through it and say what they'll take and what they wont. So i'm going to look hot so it WILL be okay :D

YAY UTAH!!!!

So my parents surprised us with a weekend up in St. George, Utah. I love that place! Its small but it's nice to be somewhere were everyone smiles at you on the side walk and you dont have to worry about being jummped :D. So we stayed at the Marriot Courtyard. It was very nice but not what im used to. Last summer we stayed at the presidential suite in Washington D.C. Thats only because they messed up our room and all the other rooms were taken. But this room was 1 room and had 2 beds and a sofa sleeper. It was awkward to sleep in the same room as my parents! So the first day we got there (friday) we unpacked then went to my aunt Abby's house. Her husband died of cancer 5 years ago and she remarried and moved to Hurricane, Utah. Its pronounced hurrikin. Stupid utards. It takes five minutes to enter the city, drive through it, and leave the city. And i've noticed all Utah mormon girls have BLONDE HAIR. Not like my blonde which is oing on brown these girls are naturally and un-naturally bleach blonde. It drives me up the wall for some reason. Anyway we got to my Aunt Abby's house and we sat and talked until midnight. WOAH! it takes about a half of an hour to get back to our hotel. So around 2:00 am we were all asleep. The next day we woke up at like 8:00. Boy did that hurt because it felt like 7:00 due to the time change. We went to Old Navy. I got the hottest pair of sunglasses EVER!!! Then we were going to go to my favorite Teppanyaki place called Samuri 21. But it was my moms birhtday ( the whole reason we were up there) so she said she wanted Mexican food. Ew. I hate mexican food. So we went to this little shopping outlet where they had Bajio, Panda Express, and a place called "The Dog Father" no fricken lie! So my sister and i got Panda, My dad got something at the Dog Father and my other sister and my mom bot Bajio. Now, our friend owns a Bajio in Vegas so we eat there alot ( can you say cheese quesadillas all the time ) So my mom thought that it would be just as good here. NO! Her food was over cooked. The rice was crispy. My food ( i got a panda bowl with fried rice and orange chicken ) had no flavor. The orange chicken had no sauce and the fried rice is normally like a light brown color. Mine was white. We finished our crap food. We left for the Brigham Young winter home. Brigham Young was the second Prophet of the Mormon Church. This was his actual house and had many things in it which were actually his and that he used. Like it had his cane, his bed and blankets, and all of the window panes (which he poured) were still there. It was amazing. In the backyard there was a tree which had been split by lightning was being held together but a iron pole. There was a row of grapes, an almond tree, a peach tree, a pomogrante tree, and a peacan tree. It was beautiful. Then we went to Jacob Hamblin house. That was amazing. It was all old and up in the mountains. Jacob was a missionary for the church. He came over the Utah before it was apart of the union to teach the indians that we ment no harm and about the church. They taught him what could be grown in Utah becasue for any one that has been to utah they know its all green and pretty. But it used to as much of a desert as Las Vegas. His 2nd wife died while he was in arazona and the indians made him a petrogliph. It was so insanly cool to look at! Then we drove for an HOUR to the mountain meadows massacre. This is where some mormon settlers decided to murder some immagrents. It was horrible and about 120 people died. The monument is beautiful. It is in this HUGE meadow and is surrounded by this beautiful iron fence. Here is a picture. We went back to the hotel and got ready to go to Tuacahn to see FOOTLOOSE!!!! Tacahn is an outdoor theatre. I saw Les Miserables there last year. We saw the musical and it was SPECTACULAR! The guy who played Ren was on So You Think You Can Dance season 4. The next day we went to the Temple which is stunning. We went in the visitors center. They had missionaries. Most of which were girls but the few boys were HOTT! Haha can i say that about missionaries? :D We picked us my cousins and then went home. It was a good weekend. If any of my readers are my facebook friends i have pictures on there.

Holy Crap

So i was looking through some old email when i came across this

THIS IS SOOO OLD! From right to left it's me (6th grade) Mary (6th grade) Jennaveve(7th grade) It was my first year in middle school and this day was dress up as your favorite character day. So Mary (with the best costume) was Hatori Sohma from Fruits Basket (which i haven't read in a long time and i must finish!) I was Ayame (and i still own and wear that kimono) and Jenaveve was Shigure. We planned it and totally just laughed our heads off when we saw each other. Man the memories that come flooding back with this pic :D

So i deleted my first post . . . . . ya i think i need to stop dwelling on the past and move forward in life. yup im soo boring that i have nothing else to say TT_TT!!!

"Go Ask Alice"

So this year my friend Aleasha was telling me about this book called "Go Ask Alice" and i looked at it and thought it looked scary. But i was at Target yesterday and i saw it on a shelf. I said to my mom "Oh my friend read this and she loved it." and my mom said that not only has she read it but was in the play in high school. She told me i could buy it so i was all happy cause i got a new book. So I'm babysitting last night and the kids are in bed so i pull out my new book. The book is a Diary of a drug addict and is real. All the names and places are changed but it really is a diary of a 15 year old girl living in the 70's who did hard drugs. The first few entries are okay. you find out that the girl is moving because of her dad getting a new teaching job. She moves and hates it because she has no friends. She makes plans to go back to her Gan's (grandma) place and stay with her grand parents over the summer and see her old friends and her old love interest Roger. Then she meets Beth, this Jewish girl who really doesn't fit in like our main character. So her and Beth become besties and are planning to spend summer together. Beth's mom then sends Beth to Jewish camp for summer. Now or main character is back to going to her grandparents place for summer. One of the popular girls from her old school invites her to a party and she gets really happy because she never was noticed by them before. So she gets to the party and Jill (the girl who invited her) says they're going to play button button. (that's the game where 1 person has a button and you try to find out who. In this case they have 14 bottles of Coke and 10 are laced with LSD) Our main character happens to have one of those 10 bottles of Coke. And her whole life goes down hill from there.

SPOILER ALERT IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO KNOW THE END OF THIS NOVEL PLEASE DO NOT READ THIS NEXT PART!!!!!

So the way the book ends is our main character after being through all this pain and suffering is finally clean and has a boyfriend and she is doing amazing in school. She dies 3 weeks after turning 17. I finished the book at 1:40 am and i cried until 2 o'clock. After reading this true account of this girls life you get so attached. Its like you know her personally. It was so sad. Then i thought of the people i know who do drugs and i cried for them and how they are DESTROYING THEIR LIVES! Anyway its a great book and i suggest it to everyone over the age of 14 because it is very explicit. please ask your parents before reading this i would even have them read it if they get the chance :)

Sick :(

Okay so you know how during the school you always want to get sick or you fake being sick to stay home from school. And how during summer you pray that the worst that happens is that you sneeze a few times to keep from ruinning a good summer. Well my life is the TOTAL OPOSITE! I totally got sick once during school and stayed home one more time for a surgery i had on my mouth. The rest of the time whenever i tried to stay home my mom was all oh go get ready and see how you feel. Then i was all ready for school and it totally wasnt worth trying to stay home. Then this morning i woke up at 1 p.m which is a first ever for me cause my parents or sisters wake me up at like 11. So i woke up to the sound of my neighbor playing on motorbikes, which its 1 so i cant complain. So i look out the window and suddenly my stomach is stabbing me from the inside. So i thought nothing of it and took some Advil. My hair was really oily so i went to take a shower but as soon as i got in my knees caved in and i fell on the floor of the shower. So now my family just left for the park and im here typing about how i would rather be dead than feeling this pain. UGHHHHH!!!

Okay so im in my living room and im listening to music and my cousins and their friend Brock are playing Halo (which i hate!) and i turn on love story by taylor swift. They all bust out knowing allllll of the words and when it got to the slow part where she says " i got tired of wating" they all started singing in their falsetto voices . . . . wow

Ouran High School Host Club

So I was like super bored last night and as most people know i don't go to sleep until like three a.m (my record is staying up until 6 ;D) Anyway so i pulled out my trusty DVD player and my stack of DVDs and thought I haven't watched this in a LOOOONG time. So i pulled out disk 2 of season 1 (cause i dont have season 2 TT_TT) abd popped it in the DVD player. Omg i forgot how flippen FUNNY this is!!! So i LOVE Vic (tamaki's voice actor) he played Edward in FMA and that is my favorite anime EVER!!!! But i love Vic because his voice has that kidish sound to it which is perfect for Tamaki because no matter how flippin cute he is he is a big kid on the inside. Totally cute! And i love Caitlin Glass as Haruhi. Also on the out takes. She is sooo funnyyyyyy. And I've seen some of Mike McFarland's work and i must say this is his best role yet. i loved it when he was announced at Anime Expo and he came out in a wig and dress that is soo him. I had so much i wanted to say last night as i watched it but now i cant think of ANYTHING! oh well LOVE THE SHOW!!!!

So on my playlist i have a few of my favorite Adam Lambert. So every morning I wake up sit on my laptop and listen to my music while checking email, updating facebook, myanimeface, whatever. But i turn on my music and Tracks of my Tears comes on and i thought LOOKING UP PICS OF ADAM!!! So i hop on Photobuckcet and saw this

And then i realized i wanted to be that snake!!! He surely is the "wild Idol" but anyway in this rolling stones issue he "came out" about being gay. AS IF WE DIDN'T KNOW! but anyway he still looks FRICKEN HOT gay or not. My friends are all saying that if he ever met them he would be a little less gay. Sorry girls he is like 12 years older than us. We may get a good laugh out of him though for being so pathetically stupid though!

As you can guess I'm like SUPER BORED!!!!! so i thought HEY WRITE IN YOUR BLOG BROOKE! Oh the other day someone asked me how to spell my name so i said B.R.O.O.K.E. And she was all why is there an 'E' at the end. i never really thought about it before and after a moment i said "it adds character!" then thought about my answer and i realized. . . . that was a really good answer because her name was Brook. that just looks weird. So yesterday i opened my email and there was a message from Mary. So in my head i thought why is Mary e-mailing me? But then i read the email and was over joyed that Mary was willing to email me. Then i replied and then she replied then i replied and now i feel that even though we may not be BESTEST BUDDIES were closer than we were before which is a good change from the beginning of the year when i think both of us were ready to claw each others eyes out. LOLOLOLOL jk. And now Mary is going to read this and be like omg and then shake her head. :)

Youth Conference

Soooooo this weekend was youth conference for my church. Basically all the youth in our stake come to Vegas (because some of them come from Pahrump) and we hang for a weekend. So i was UBER happy cause this guy Brent was coming. WOOOT HOT GUYS! So he showed up and was in a different group than me. But my friend Kristi was the leader of my group. We were the Orange group and Brent was the green group. There was also a blue and red group. So we started with a variety show and i signed up for a quick draw. Brent signed up for it as well. so i was all "YOU'RE GOING DOWN MY HOMI!" and he smiled and said "YOU'RE ON BABE!" and then i thought 'He called me babe ^//////^' Then someone called him up for sumo wrestling, and he couldn't do the quick draw! so he told the guy taking his place to take me down.

Green (Brent's team) vs. Red =Green won

so i stared down Brent in the audience and mouthed the words (bring it)

ya it was flipping awesome! Then we had a dance and i didn't get to dance with Brent TT_TT . Ya then we went to our host homes (because a ward had to stay at the same house) and talked about fake boobs for like an hour and then laughed about the mysterious ticking noise until we fell asleep.

The next day (Saturday) we all went to a high school football Field and set up water games. About 20 minutes later the All star kids showed up. Now the all star program is a group of Elem. students who are under privileged. We played games for like 3 hours. There was this slip-n-slide that was 10 yards long!!!! it was awesome thought i never made it all the was across. then they left and we went to our host homes for 3 hours. So my friend Sam (samantha) and I decieded to take a nap so we went to the spare room and layed down. Then i found a bible in german because the hosts husband speeks german! so i started to read it poorly and then Brooke (the host) comes in fake yelling at us for speaking German poorly. It was soo much fun. we had dinner at the steak centre then went home. I've got to say i cant wait until next year!
