SM Entertainment CEO's Kim Young Min, who is involved in the ‘unfair contract’ dispute with his artistes, has recently announced a new contract policy, and that it will be put into action once it gets approved by the related authorities.SM Entertainment Representative, Kim Young Min, who attended the press conference which was held on the 2nd of November 2009 at 63 Tower, has expressed, “We would collect all comments from music and entertainment industries, related government departments, cultural and tourism board, fair trade departments, educational circles and legislative bodies, based on the law to adjudicate a new contract policy. After the approval from the respective authorities, we would then put it into action. Then follow it (new contract policy) enthusiastically.”Kim agreed, “If we are able to come out with a new exclusive contract policy based on the law, SM would like to re-contract with all current artistes based on it.”Kim also expressed, “Under the new exclusive contract, the moment it’s signed it would be protected till the contract ended, if not the current situation would repeat over and over again in the future.”“In order to prove that what have just I said is nothing but the truth, we would first like to take the advice from the impartial committee,” he said.But, everyone was not able to fully believe this announcement by SM Entertainment. Professor Lee from Korea Art University stated, “If SM do not wish to have what they have just said to turned into nothing, then they should assure them.” He continued, “Based on what SM have said, they do not wish to fully take on the advice from the impartial committee, but to forcefully come out with a new contract policy, which was questionable (their announcement).” Professor Lee ended, “If SM was really sincere about this, they should work on the new contract based on the advice and not vice versa, and then to get it approved by the representative authorities.”

Update

SO it has been a long time since I posted. School does that to you.

So from that last post you can see that the world is coming to an end. I must have spent over an hour and a half crying over that. The next morning though i realized something: ALWAYS KEEP THE FAITH!!! My husband doesn't have it tattooed to his chest for no reason! I perked right up and thought about how I need to be strong and I need to keep fighting!!!

SOOO THEN I fell in love with their song Trick. SOOO OLD!!! It was during their 'T' tour. The costumes, which I couldn't find a picture of so i'm kinda mad but the vid is at the bottom of this page, are sooo sexy!!! :D

SOOO THE CABIN WAS LAST WEEKEND!!!OMG SOOO COOOOOL!!!

Anyway the cabin. SO Aleah came over the night before in her snuggie thing that was sooo pimp!It was like a snuggie suit. (just so you know i've been watching YouTube at the same time i've been typing this so i've been on this page for like an hour) We chilled in my room and spazzed for a long time. THEN when we woke up my dad was still in KANSAS! So we packed up 2 cars and drove to the airport and got my dad. Then we went to my uncle brents house and picked up a trailer. We got on the road and Aleah and I both fell asleep. Around Mesquite we woke up and my dad was like "We've been on the road for an hour and have about 2 more hours left" Really it felt like 5 hours had passed. Aleah and I stuck a conversation about french fries. We finally got to the mountains and let me tell you SNOW IS COLD!!!

I asked my mom before we left "Hey is there going to be snow?" And she said "No." So you know what i wore in the car? Flats. With no traction at the bottom. As soon as I stepped out of the car, i was greeted by a cat first, then i almost fell. So then it was great because i couldnt walk outside i didn't have to haul things into the cabin. SO THEN it was mucho freo (is that how it's spelled?) So we only lit 2 of the 4 fires with the little wood we could chop with a broken ax. So Aleah and I snuggled on the couch with meh story and meh cell phone and watched vids to get rid of meh writers block. (BTW totes ended chapter 34 aleah!)

So that night it was even more cold and we had the coldest room in the whole cabin (which i was okay with cause not only was it the same room the boys stay in in my story but , and this is soo by chance, it was the same bed that Jae and Mickey slept in) but it was still really cold. Aleah was perfectly fine in her snuggie thing. I have been taught though that when you wear something simple like a night gown or a tank top and shorts your body heat doesnt try to warm up your clothes but the space around you. So i wore a nightgown and pj pants. I forgot socks though and was too cold and tired to get out of bed. So i just froze that night.

The next morning Aleah and I laid in bed for like half an hour after we woke up looking really scary. We were laughing soo hard. why IDK i think it had something to do with french fries.

Later that day aleah and I took my speakers and had the most epic dance party known to man! Then Bailey and her friend came out and didn't like the music we were playing and SOOO tried to change it. We took over though with a little purple line :D Then that night we had a dance party and i SOOOO scared my mom with my gangsta dance moves ;)

That night we told scary stories and I have a real bad problem with the paranormal. Like super bad. So i was almost crying cause we sat in the dark but the moon was full so it was soo bright outside that it was eerie and all i saw in my head was some psychopath throwing himself against the window and trying to get in. It was soo scary!!! Aleah and I got in bed and listened to my iPod (TVXQ!) and wouldn't stop laughing cause we were hugging each other and talking about french fries.

On Sunday we went for a ride up the mountain. Larson took me on the second best four wheeler. We went so fast! The snow had melted that it was all mud. So the mud flew up into my eyes and got stuck in my hair. It was amazingly funn!

So now im sitting in my play room and this post has taken me three days to write. BLEH . . . :D

The possibility of Korea's top idol group TVXQ disbanding is increasing, after their agency sent an apparent ultimatum to three of the five-member boy band to return to the agency.
Speaking at a press conference on Monday, SM Entertainment chief Kim Young-min accused the three members -- Xiah, Hero, and Micky -- of having sued against the company out of greed to make more money.
Kim was speaking about the ongoing legal battle between the three members and the company. The three band members claim the contract signed between TVXQ and the management agency is unfair.
Last month, a lower court sided with the three and ruled that parts of the contract should be invalidated, paving the way for them to resume individual music and advertisement careers.
The agency vowed to bring the case to a higher court, saying the three must follow the contract as long as they continue to be part of TVXQ, and should get paid according to the current contract.
The other two members -- U-know and Max -- rendered their support for the management agency's claim, expressing hope that the other three would return quickly.
In their statement, the two stressed that all members have worked under the same contract with SM Entertainment for the past five years.
"We believe that TVXQ would not have been in existence without SM Entertainment, which created the group. We are also not willing to resume our career as TVXQ without our current agency," the statement said.
In a related movement, SM Entertainment chief Kim made it clear that although the court granted freedom to the three members to pursue individual activities, they are allowed to work as TVXQ only under SM.
The company demanded that the three members reply to its request to return to the agency by Nov. 12.
But it is widely viewed that the three are unlikely to continue to work with the management agency due to deep distrust between the two sides.

What is This Post Even About?!?!?!?

So just like the title says I have no clue why the heck I'm typing this. I was just on the Internet while we watched the proposal, which is such a legit movie, and I opened a new post page and was like "Hmmm I wanna write something but I don't know what." Thus this baby was born.
So I'm totes writing meh story and I am SOOOO FRICKEN STUCK RIGHT NOW!!!!!! I have all of teh boys at the cabin my family goes to every year. I needed a way to get through Christmas so I was like "wellllll" and then Aleah gave me a great idea for the cabin so it was like okay. Now that they're there I don't know what to do. I need them to get back to Korea so they can go on "Come to Play" (Legit T.V show that is totes hilarious) and then they're getting married in Korea. But the thing that I tell Aleah the most is "I DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET FROM POINT A (The Cabin) TO POINT B (Korea).
And I get to go to Lissette's quinceanera. I can't wait cause I totes got a new dress that looks sooo great on me!
I've lost around 20 lbs from being on nutrisystem and I've totes gone down 2 pant sizes. WOOT!
. . . . I'm telling you this is just the most random post EVER! THE PROPOSAL IS SOOOO CUTE!!

Mother I Lied

So in my last post I said that I wanted that HUGE DBSK package with a billion DVD's and a poster and stuff. Then I was thinking about it last night. That thing is $70 and that is a lot of money. At first I thought "Well last year they spent $50 on just two DVD's (OHSHC)" But this isn't last year and then I remembered "Hey they just spent $300 for you to get more nutrisystem and they're spending $200 a month for your voice lessons"
So mom when you read this (cause i know you read my blog) would I like the big DVD thing. yes. Do I want you to get it for me? NO! Don't even think about it. If you get it for me I will feel soooo bad about it!!! So do I want the socks? YES! Those are totes cute and alot less expensive.

So I haven't posted in FOR FRICKEN EVER!!!! Soooo I shall update everyone on whats been happening in my life.

For starters ushering for theatre productions is a PAIN IN THE BUTT!!! Like I don't mind the dress shirts and ties but the job I was given was the hardest last night. I've ushered twice and each time I had the same job, to greet people and tell them that they can't sit in a certain spot. So the first night was totally easy because the girl who was doing the job with me was totes cool. Then last night, for those of you who know Christain the theatre major, he was my partner. So he acts really weird around me so that just creeps me out, but then he wouldn't stop trying to talk to me about how the way I greet people is too formal. I would say "Good Evening," or "Enjoy the Show" Where as he would say "Hi" or "Hey" to anyone who walked through the door. Then the seats were all full except for some single seats and the ones I was supposed to be guarding. Jazz and Jeremy weren't anywhere in sight so I couldn't open the seats and people were getting pissed at me and UGH it was horrible.

Oh and the kid who wears the lab coat, I DISCOVERED HIS NAME (Thanks Mary!!!) Dylan is his name and apparently he doesn't like me but he still acts like a total creeper to me and only me.

I have been talking to my cousin Aleah alot lately cause she totes ( i got that word from her) loves DBSK the same way I do so we always talk about how we are going to move to Korea together and when one of us meets our husband (mine being JaeJoong and hers being Xiah) we have to introduce the other girl to her husband. I totes think her and Xiah are like meant to be but she thinks other wise. She also loves the fact that her hubby is so Innocent and pure (cause Xiah doesn't drink and never smoked, he has his first kiss at age 20, he only has 1 earring and no tattoos and is a nice christian boy where was my husband used to smoke, drinks alot, had his first kiss in the 6th grade, has 11 body piercings has 2 tattoos and is an atheist.) So I think they will meet up somehow cause they are perfect for each other.

I got to page 155 on my new DBSK story which is a new personal record for me! Mr. Matulat thinks I should type it up but I've tried that. . . . I really cant type that fast, typing this has taken about 10 minutes so far. . . . So if any of my friends want to type it I might just let them IF VANEZZA EVER GIVES ME BACK THE FIRST PART!!!

So my family and I are going up to the cabin on Nevada Day for Halloween, and I'm taking Aleah! Going to be TOTES awesome. . .

Oh so you all know the song "I like big butts" well Aleah came up with a new version
" I like Korean boys and I can not lie, you other Asians can't deny, when a boy walks in with a mic in his hand and a smile on his face you get a date, yes this is fate, wait he's going on tour, I hate Chinese whores, so Chinese what, Japanese what, we don't like your singing, cause Koreans are hot and you are not so bring on DBSK HUH!"

The whole Chinese whore thing came from when DBSK went to Shanghai and Xiah performed "Xiahtic" there was this chick that was hired to dance with (more like on when you watch the video) with Xiah. So Aleah is set on that she wasn't hired because Xiah wouldn't do that, that the girl is some Chinese fan who jumped on stage. What an insane cousin I have.


So I auditioned for West Side Story and Antigone at my school. I signed up to be in the second group because the first group was full of the seniors who are always lead roles (Cody Canyon, Drew Lynch) But then some people didn't show for group 1 so they put me in there. So I was the only freshman in a group of juniors and seniors. Lucky for me only 2 other girls sang " A Boy Like That" 1 was flat and the other forgot the words. They cut me off ( because of time ) before the note at the end that I sound really horrible at hitting (the "Very smart Maria Very Smart!! " part) So i thought , I should at least get a call back for this. Then in Antigone I got on stage and was like "Hi my name is Brooke and my number is 17 .. . . . . . (pause that seemed forever long because i FORGOT MY MONOLOGUE) . . . . " then I remembered it and went on with out messing up the words. So I was like "okay no call back for that" Well I didn't get a call back PERIOD! Not even for west side!!!! Lets just say I went home early that day.

Ya so this is totes whats happened between the last time I blogged and now soooo ya.

OH WAIT! I almost had a heart attack today! I was watching The Star Show on YouTube and they had JaeJoong Oppa say a message to his future wife (so of course I was listening) He said "Baby, Baby when we get married I'll never sleep outside. Among the three meals a day I will cook one for you. I have the confidence of being a husband who does not have a pot-belly. I'll be good to you, so please give birth to pretty children."

I was like O_O then it was like x3!!!!!! I smiled like an idiot for the next hour after that.
